The First gig

So we played the first gig…

A huge thank you needs to go out to every who came out to see us at our first show! We had an amazing time and could not believe how packed out that room got for little old us! 

The usual thing happened at the beginning of the set, Rachael disapeared… Nothing new with that kind of behaviour from her. But once she was back we kicked off the set and you guys seemed to love it, the crowd getting more and more into it as it went on. I think it's fair to say that we were as surprised as everyone else with how well it went, not just on stage but with you lot getting into some dancing. Very few bands get this kind of reception for their first gig, so again THANK YOU! 

We also need to say a big thank you to every who bought merch, you almost sold us out of shirts!!

As always Tape It Shut smashed their set, shared kind words about us and reminded everyone what a local music scene is all about. 

Cheap Dirty Horse suffered a little bit with mid-week-gig-itus and had to play to a smaller crowd than I feel they deserved. But they still gave it their all and brought us fun and important messages with their upbeat attitudes and all round good people vibes.
